Is it safe to NOT consume any kind of sugar for a long period of time?

Like for year? You see my father in law believes because his Dr. told him that ALL sugar is bad. So he hasn't consumed sugar in months. Not even a grapfruit he thinks is ok sugar to consume. He thinks now that they are all unhealthy. My sister gave me an explanation opposing the Dr. views on no sugar consumption. And she also told me how sailors use to get sick when they would go on their long expeditions if their fruit and veggies rotted because it brought forth a desease to not have sugars or soemthing like that. So anyone who can be insightful by answering my question please do so. I'll appreciate it.

I have been receiving emails from a Soldier that is supposed to be in Iraq. However, after reading some things typed I believe this person is a liar. I traced the IP address in one of his email headers and it came up being located in a US city. How can that be? If he is using a computer overseas, from his base, then why would the IP address show some city in the US? I can't tell you how pissed off I am to think that someone is pretending to be a United States Soldier and they may not really be one! Before I go off on this guy, I want to research what I think and get as many facts as I can about how the internet works over there and if his email address would reflect the IP address of the place it was maybe originally created or if it should reflect the actual location from where ever you send an email from? Dealing with Boyfriends teenage daughter..?

My boyfriend of 9 months has a 13 year old daughter who is the moodiest, hateful and rude yound lady I have known. The relationship between my boyfriend and I is sincere and solid, and we have made long term plans to one day co-habitate, and or marry. We were friends for several years before dating and have grown quite fond of one another. We love each other dearly and have a honest and close relationship. The problem lies with his daughter... I can hardly tolerate her behavior at times while she behaves rude and demanding of her father. Asks for money to go to movies or other events and then tells him to "go away now". She shows no appreciation of her father being generous to her demands. I have a tough time swallowing her disrespect and rudeness toward her father. She is very moody to the point of perhaps being bipolar and his family recogonizes this. I prefer to keep my distance while he has visitation with her, as Iam on edge and biting my tongue to tolerate her behavior. I have now began to ponder whether the is a relationship that I want to pursue long term...due to the fact that she is only 13 and it will be 5 years till she is on her own and the opportunity would arise that we could pursue spending our future together. I would never survive living with him while she would still be having visitation on a regular basis. The mother has a hatred for the father and feel that this attitude is being instilled in the daughter, The mother doesn't hesitate to tell the daughter that she hates her father and the daughter then tells dad of the comments that mom has shared with her. It seems she has accquired her own internal hatred from the influence of her mother- who is the full time parent. I love this man and aside from the stress of his daughter have no reservations about making him my partner in life. Is it worth a 5 years wait to endure this torture? Or do I move on...?

Ok, so I tested this morning with fmu with a Target test, not the +/- kind, but the l l kind. Yup, blue dye... Which I am finding out is not the best thing to be testing with... Anyway, so I went in after a little while and looked at it again (not sure of how long though....) And there was a thin blue line! To the right of the thin line was a VERY faded blue shade. I will retest tomorrow, I want to now, but DD is sleeping and DH is at the fire station today, so it has to wait. Anyway, I read some conflicting things online- Does an Evap line have color? I also read some terrible reviews about Target brand tests, anyone used one before? I was going to upload the picture, but it won't really show on my phone and I have NO idea where my camera is. Car acceleration-why is is so slow?

I have a '98 Subaru impreza outback/sport. It isnt exactly made to speed away like my old Impreza sedan, but i will be trying to p someone and accelerate on the interstate, i'll floor it and i might as well be giving it a little gas at a time cause it doesn't shift up or accelerate fast at all. My boyfriend, who is not used to driving the car, almost collided with someone the other day because he tried to p and accelerate (he had what looked like PLENTY of time to do this) and it just wasn't picking up speed. What is the problem and is it a problem? Is it just the way the car is?

White tongue? IGg antibody low?

My child was born with a white tongue. After 3 bottles of Nystatin we went to infectious diseases at children's hospital. They took a sample and it was not thrush (candida) We waited until she was a year old and ran a cd4 which was normal. A cbc which was a little high ( but she began with a virus shortly after) her IGg was 128 points lower than the absolute low should have been. I know all about the IGg but was wondering about the white tongue. Has anyone else had/seen/heard of this? And any other thoughts or info you may have. Well it started randomly when i woke up. and the two days before that i was exsessively masturbaiting, but i am not ualy active. It hurts on my left testicual and some times my right. 1997 Ford Expedition Interior lighting problems?

I have a 1997 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer Edition. Just recently all the interior lights and the lights on the running boards came on and stay on. The door ajar light also came on and I have doubled checked that all the doors are closed. Anyone have any similar problem or know what to look for so I can fix this myself.

The shampoo bottles can use some of the scraps of fabric for clothing and the corks {using a knife}can be wittled to make a head and glue it on the top of the shampoo bottles and they can be the actors, stage hands or the audience. The milk bottle caps can be painted to look like spotlights or the lights on the floor in front of the stage. Have I covered it all? ok so i got a Beautiful placid bunny 1 year ago from a really nice breeder, she told me everything i need to know, she said he wont grow to big and his father was a very calm placid bunny so he should be 2. she said his mother was very playful and happy bunny. So i bought him but i hadnt bought his cage yet so he lived in our laundry for 2 days until my dad made him a very large cage(but it wasnt at all like what the breeder had him in). so he was then on an outside bunny whos cage was in the chook pen (the breeder had hers in a chook pen 2) anyways so i would let him out in the morning and run around with him for hours and when i had to go up i would put him away and the same thing in the arvo. the breeders yard was flat and ful of gr. where my back yard... a mive hill with patches of gr and dirt everywhere and its not pretty! So anyways he became all aggressive and i think its from being around the chickens but i dont know... one day he started chasing me and biting so hard it wasnt funny! he then bit my chicken on the leg and she couldnt walk for days! soi dicided i would make him his own little pen inside the chook pen.. he started digging his way out so i had to keep bloking holes with bricks! it was good and he started to improve but then one day i walked into his pen and he ran over and started bighting into my leg leaving a mive scar he dug in and wouldnt let go so i had to kick him off, the first kick wasnt hard enough and he just kept digging in i was so scared of hurting him but he seriously wouldnt let go so i had to kick harder it got him off but ever since i would have to go into the pen wearing work boots that he couldnt get through he still lounges and bites he now and then bites chunkes out of my hand and because hes alreaddy scared of me i just tap im on the nose and say in a stern voice NO and it gets to him but then he will still lunge.. Getting rid of chipmunks?

Sounds like you have a few bulging disks. Nothing that would indicate MS. I have MS. I've had two MRI's over the years both were done on brain, cervical AND thoracic, WITH contrast. Not sure why yours was limited to the cervical spine without contrast. Sounds to me like the doc was looking for a different problem, not MS.

People i meet don't seem to notice it (until weeks later maybe) despite it being blindingly obvious. I have been depressed for over a year. I ran away from home last year after christmas and my parents did nothing about it. I cut myself, and self diagnosed myself with social phobia. Ah man, this is ALMOST my baboon deck. Take out a jinzo, the mobius's, dd warrior lady, and the exiled and 1 injection. Take out Nobleman. Counseling is the first thing to get for the girls and quit making excuses. That's all I read is excuses. Once a drug addicted always a drug addicted. I had one of them. This is domestic violence. Read about it. Its emotional, physical, financial, verbal and ual abuse. Yes, I say ual cause I feel the 2 older girls were molested if he was so anxious to get them every chance he could and they have expressed anger. I say get them into counseling and I bet you will find out that he or his drugged up friends molested the girls. You need counseling as well. You're immature still. Once you get abused you know other way of living but to be abused. I had been abused by my ex hubby who is a drug addict. No one can tell you what to do its up to you. Not all families are the same. My dad disowned me when I had my son out of wedlock. This man is 33 not 3. You need to let him go. He's done enough damage to you and the kids. You don't love him its fear. Fear is love. I still love my ex hubby but its the fear. My ex hubby abused me. He strangled me, pushed me, slapped me, punched me, kicked me and swat my neck ok he tried many times to kill me. Now, I can see this man hasn't done any of that to you but his anger from his drugs and drinking is causing more harm to you and the kids. It will get worse. You will stay with him until he dies from the drinking I can tell. You need help with the fact that he's never going to stop drinking. I had to finally divorce my drug addict hubby. I am not any better but it feels much better to know that don't have to continue watching over my shoulders if any cops are watching me. My ex hubby is 46 and been doing drugs since he was 13 so that's 33 years of it. All abusers will always blame others for their problem. If you want to break away from this man and live in peace than I suggest you seek a woman's shelter. Find an Option House or go to the court and ask if they have any programs for you to get away from him. If he hasn't change 3 years ago he's never going to change. What is it that you're waiting for? I know you need a job but too many excuses. When I say too many excuses is cause I did the same things you did. I worried about him. I cared for him. Why don't you go to corporate offices since you have a degree in accounting or find a company who does financial planning and you can do that at home. Peugeot 306 Electrics?

Hi everyone, I have a strange problem with my 1998 306 1.4 petrol. It will start and tick over on the drive fine, but when I turn the steering wheel anti-clockwise, the fuel, temp, rev and speedo gauge needles all jump and flick. Some of the relays can be heard clicking, and it will start to misfire and eventually cut out. I've cleaned all the body earths, engine and battery earth. I've stripped the column to look for a rubbing wire. I've disconnected the indicator and wiper multiplugs. I've disconnected the airbag. Checked all the fuses with a multimeter, nothing makes any difference! Any help or advice would be very welcome! Thanks

My aunt had one of my grandma's debit cards because her and my mom are my grandma's care takers and they handle her money. Chances of a stillbirth occuring again?

My daughter was stillborn 3 weeks ago at 31 weeks. I was having a healthy pregancy so this was unexpected. All the ultrasounds they did earlier on showed no problems and all the blood work I had done came back normal. No history of high blood pressure or diabetes. I delivered her and the cord was wrapped twice around her body and once around her neck. The placenta and cord were perfectly normal and she was measuring 31 weeks. I did not have an autopsy done b/c I could not think about them cutting on her. The blood work from her and me all came back clean from infection. What could have caused this? Can a cord really strangle a baby in utero? What are the chances of something like this happening again b/c I will always worry?

I am writing a research paper trying to explore the roots of modern east-west division in Ukraine. I know that religion and a type of politicized religious preaching played part in this so I need to find sources both for Russian dominated Eastern Ukraine and Western Ukraine which in 19th century belonged to Austria-Hungary and has strong WEuropean influences.

What movie by mail company is best?

Currently, I have Blockbuster and [for me] it's much better than Netflix. With Blockbuster you can exchange movies and/or games right at the store. With Netflix, I sometimes had to wait over a month to get a new release. If I really wanted a new release the week it came out, I had to have my movies in the mail by Saturday...yeah, that didn't work for me since I watch the movies I get over the weekend.

I'm filing a complaint w/the BBB after I have the car dealer I bought the car from check out what the kid did wrong to my car, verify the condition it was in before, & his advice re: unathorized work. The kid who did the work admitted the rotors were in good condition; it's just the way they do things there & I should know this?? I know the kid's dad would not have done this to me but have also heard from others here it's not the first time the kid has gotten away with it. So they clearly allow it. Moms, how do you deal with the fear of delivering more children?

♦ These are normal fears. I've only had c-sections, so I never experienced regular delivery. Just keep in mind that if you have a c-section that lots of people have gone through it and are just fine. It is scary, even if you've had a couple c-sections before you still have fears, but after the surgery and you've healed up, you realize it was really worth the pain to deliver a baby safely. The 1st few days after the c-section (not the 1st day tho, because your on good meds the 1st day) are the hardest, just remember even tho your sore walking is a good thing, a slow stead walk several times, will help you heal faster (helped me).

Good luck with this effort. There are very few movies in the public domain. I would suspect that any horror films from any era are owned by someone. Your best bet might be to simply write a letter to the studio explaining your plan. You might get lucky and they'll lend you permission for nothing.

No no no dear....you have made a blunder mistake.....Could not figure out still what? Money rules there! Most of family issues today are because of money. If you give/get money from a third person then its not an issue. If its not today you can repay tomorrow or if you have given then you can orderly ask that. But when it comes to relatives that too brother-sister relationship you cannot get that back unless they themselves come forward and give the amount. In your case the issue is though you have given the money with a good mindset and you don't even expect them to give the money back to you, you have scolded her saying that you have given her money. Did they come and ask you the money? No right. you are the one who wholeheartedly gave it to them. Remember one thing, when we really need to help someone we should forget the help the moment after we do that. Christianity: If I want to die, yet go to Heaven..?

Now, I don't literally want to die.. However I do some times favor feelings of.. Lifelessness. That is to say, I hear christianity speaking of everlasting, eternal life.. What if I don't want that, yet I still want to be well in the eyes of God and Christ? What if I don't want to go to heaven, nor hell.. When I die, I sometimes think I'd merely like to cease to be. As in not to exist in spirit nor the physical realm.. Is it a sin to think such things.. If I follow the teachings of Christianity to the best of my ability, to I HAVE to go to Heaven or hell? Or can I merely have my wish and enter nothingness.

What is the name of this Rammstein song?

I recently obtained a burnt Rammstein CD. However, when I researched the lyrics related to a song title, they didn't match the actual lyrics of the song. I was told the song title was "Ohne Dich", but I am rather skeptical. I have no knowledge that pertains to the German language, save for obscenities, but I will try to explain what I hear relatively detailed. It starts out slow, sort of an orchastratic ballad, then brings in the b and a snare. I don't speak German, so the verse is kind of mumbled gibberish to me. The chorus speeds up a little, then bursts into a cry; "Achte Frei"[sp.] (Pronounced Awk-tee-free). From there it slows down to a slow verse, etc. The whole song is full of soul. Towards the middle-end, what sounds like "glee-ben nakt me mish-rye" comes into the background. Please answer if you have any answers; I'm eager to get an English translation.

I have a 99 Honda Odyssey EX with 133K mi & the transmission makes a loud thud when upshifting from D1 to D2.?

During the upshift, the tach revs up from 2K RPM to about 4K RPM as if it was on neutral or park for about 1 second then goes into D2 (while the van is accelarating). The same happens when it upshifts to D3 but not too noticeable to D4. Is getting a used low mileage transmission worth or is it still repairable ? And what does the repair manual mean when it says "flaring"? Thanks.

I didn't know much about the country of Georgia until I saw their president pleading for help to fend off a Russian invasion. At first, it seemed as if Georgia had sustained an unprovoked attack. But the more information that I obtained, it would appear that Georgia offensively struck the former autonomous region of Osettia, an area within Georgia that has strong ethnic ties to Russia, apparently in an effort to solidify it's control over the oil rich region. To this day it is still not known how the scrolls got there, but with the scrolls came a book. It was a book about Azul the book talked about Azul and her evil father, and how she stopped him from killing all her people. And now here is the story, the story that had been forgotten for ages “Azul and the Goddess of the Trylonins.”
