Ssd, velociraptor, and caviar black. one build. three different uses. wise?

32gb ocz onyx as windows boot drive (and maybe some apps). 150gb velociraptor for apps (and maybe larger/most often accessed files incl windows page file). caviar black for everything else (and maybe windows page file if not on ssd or vr). looking for speed. perhaps thats obvious lol. is this doable and whats the best way to set it up? raid necessary and what type? never heard of all three in one before. new to this. would it be overkill? i dont like waiting one bit lol. thanks.
