Getting rid of chipmunks?

I am looking for a way to rid my yard of this chipmunk that is burrowing and making holes around our foundation. I do not want my house to get damaged and we have tried a few things and he just won't go away. Now he is bigger and making more holes and digging in more areas. We have tried Deer Off for predator urine and we have tried traps which he won't fall for. I will not do the drowing them in a bucket thing, so please, other suggestions!
