How much should i pay for an 88 supra?

its paint is fading and its interior has waterdamage from a leak and the chairs and stuff need to be replaced. but theres no rust the only mechanical changes i would make wouldnt be necessary they would just be to make it faster for me. because its like 21 years old and in such poor condition my mechanic friend said i should pay like $200 or so for it. what do you guys think?
