White tongue? IGg antibody low?

My child was born with a white tongue. After 3 bottles of Nystatin we went to infectious diseases at children's hospital. They took a sample and it was not thrush (candida) We waited until she was a year old and ran a cd4 which was normal. A cbc which was a little high ( but she began with a virus shortly after) her IGg was 128 points lower than the absolute low should have been. I know all about the IGg but was wondering about the white tongue. Has anyone else had/seen/heard of this? And any other thoughts or info you may have. She also has eczema and in general feels pretty bad from day to day. I just want to figure out how to make her feel better.
