GIRLS ONLYY!!!! very akward question?

i have a painful itchy rash inside my outer labia (i have no inner labia) and i am a virgin. and theres even cuts from it. its very very painful and stingy, am i ok and how can i make it feel better. aslo theres a fold of skin in their, normal, but where the crease is for the fold their is a large cut, not deep at all but painful.
