Do you own a dodge durango?

i own a 2004, but on the top were you read the temp. and all that in the middle there are dots that indicate 1,2&3. do you know what they are for? if so, how do i use that feature. my SUV is a used one so it didn't have the car manual. thank you for your time i appreciate it. no rude comments please.
