MY GIRLFRIEND HAS A LUMP ON HER ! I'M CONCERNED, WHAT IS IT????? PLEASE HELP?

She definitely needs to see her gynecologist. There is no way she should try to solve this on her own. If it is from an ingrown hair, it would have self resolved but the best answer is going to come from a proper medical checkup. I hope she gets this taken care of. Good luck!
