RAF lakenheath.....pcsing with special needs child?

I was hoping someone could give me info and personal experience about being stationed with special needs child/children at Lakenheath. My son is 7 years old and is autistic with sensory processing disorder with speech articulation issues and ADHD. Im pretty sure that he can get speech and also have a child psychologist..... but my main worry is him getting his sensory therapy with an occupational therapist. I just want to make sure that my son will qualify and be getting just as good therapy over there that he is getting here. Also if there is any other info regarding life over there with special needs child, programs, schools, parenting groups...anything i would really appreciate. thank you, Sherry
